Hope begins with an opportunity.

Suubi connects people in the Netherlands with children and mothers in Uganda. Personal, small-scale and close to the community.

Suubi (Luganda) — hope

Sometimes a life changes not through something grand, but through exactly what was missing.

A uniform that makes attending school possible. A meal during a long school day. Starting capital for a small shop. In Nkokonjeru, we work with families to create opportunities that last.

Chapter 01 · Education

An empty stomach should never be a reason to stay home.

Many children walk kilometres to school. Without school fees, a uniform or lunch, education can still remain out of reach.

Suubi supports children with the practical essentials that make a school day possible. Sponsors receive personal updates and see how their contribution becomes part of a larger story.

Chapter 02 · Independence

An independent income creates room for an entire family.

Single mothers and widows begin with training, a realistic plan and practical support.

From selling vegetables to clothing and farming: each business fits the woman and her surroundings. Part of the proceeds flows back into new initiatives in the community.

Nieuwsbrief 2025/2026
